The Plant Ecophysiology and Tissue Culture Laboratory is one of the laboratories under the Agronomy Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jember. It focuses on the development of knowledge in Plant Ecology and Physiology. This laboratory is designed for educational purposes, including both lectures and practical sessions, particularly those that study the metabolic and physiological processes in plant growth and development. Given the expanding scope of scientific knowledge, in addition to studying physiological processes, this laboratory also covers botany, plant nutrition needs, and growth analysis. 

The Plant Production and Seed Technology Laboratory is one of the laboratories under the Agronomy Study Program, which encompasses the Plant Production Lab, Seed Technology Lab, and Horticulture Lab. This laboratory provides services in the academic field (practical sessions), research, community service, and analysis services. The research and community service topics in this lab include plant production technology, seed production technology, and seed science and technology. 

The Biometrics and Plant Breeding Laboratory is located within the Agronomy Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Jember. This laboratory is situated at Jalan Kalimantan No.37, Jember. Its research focus is on Biometrics and Plant Breeding. Activities in this laboratory include education, training, consultation, research, and community service.
